Brett is a superb, "Professional" locksmith. My project was to replace the lock mechanism on a residential, architectural designer, German-made, steel and glass, airlock outer door. Could not find anyone who wanted the job. Had given up and considered replacing the doors, but thankfully, called Lockstar and Brett knew the manufacturer, came out and took measurements, ordered the parts, and we now have a brand new, functioning front door. Bret called before I was off the phone with ServiceMagic. He was very responsive and quoted me a price. Stated that price would be cut in half if I wanted to pick up the key that he would make for me. Even though it was later in the evening he took time from his family time to meet with me for the new key. I would highly recommend Lockstar he was quick and professional and friendly.
