I called him and scheduled the cleaning at an apartment I had already moved from. He was there in the time frame I needed it cleaned by. I talked with the apartment manager and she said he did an "awesome" job. I am very pleased with Eternal Touch and would recommend them to anyone.

Window Cleaning
Windows where not clean. It seemed I aggrivated Michael when I pointed this out. He made me feel uncomforttable when I indicated I was not satisfied. I had also requested he pressure wash my house, at the time he had not seen it but assured me I would be treated "fairly". The man doing the pressure washing sprayed directly on my exterior windows which caused water to get on my carpet, I caught this so no damage. However he also concnetrated so hard on certian areas that paint was removed. I have a single story 2100SQF home I feel I was overcharged @125.00

"The windows were clean to the best of our ability I pointed out to him the glass was etched meaning the water spots, and the other film was actually in the inside of the glass. We went over the windows an additional three times to try to satisfy the customer. The price for pressure washing was very fair compared to the market. Our Policy is going beyond the extra mile to satisfy. Thanks."

Eternal Touch was excellent in handling the package deal of cleaning our home from ceiling to floor and carpet. We put the house up for rent and a deposit was made within two weeks due no doubt to how efficient and thorough they managed dealing with the property manager, too. Very trustworthy... A+++
