If you need a good reliable contractor I highly recommend Ethan and his crew. Everything was perfect from start to finish. On time, on budget, excellent work, great crew and the final result was more than I ever expected. Ethan really has a talent to transform a yard even on a very tight budget that looks amazing.

I can't say enough good things about the way Ethan and his team handled our project. Ethan was great about explaining what work needed to be done and how the job would progress. There were no surprise extra costs and the start and finish of the work were as we were told. His team, Manny and Paul worked as hard as possible and were always VERY cheerful and had a friendly greeting for us whenever we saw them. They were always willing to stop and answer any questions we had. Great guys. All that said, the work turned out even better than we expected. Overall the siding work is a relatively expensive proposition, but considering our house is our #1 family asset, it made sense to do it once and do it right. Thanks again to Ethan and his whole crew. They did not disappoint.

Sent immature workers to do most of the work unsupervised. (Found out later that one is a parolee.) Cut every corner possible, while charging top-dollar. Argued and bullied when I asked questions or called-out sub-par work. Eventually stopped listening to me, altogether, which lead to work being done wrong. Broke items in the course of work, and did not apologize, much less repair/replace. Left debris and nails in the street over a weekend. Lied repeatedly - about obvious things, which insulted my intelligence. I was forced to make a trip to a hardware store, as well as provide my own screws and nails, to keep project going according to contract. Poorly managed project resulted in wasted time, money and materials. Ethan and his workers walked off the job when I refused to pay for work that had not been done (but I had already paid for). Threatened to physically destroy work that had been done, which I had paid for. Total nightmare - avoid.
