"Unfortunately in business you can't please all your customers. I'm sorry you feel the way you do Ms. Joyce but the reports were mailed to you immediately after payment because they are too large to email. You were also out of the country for the last week or more so it may have been a mix-up on your end. My Executive Assistant works very hard to coordinate the report distribution and I directed her to cease further communication with you after complaints of berating email traffic. Ms. Joyce my team coordinated the inspection of two remote properties which we traveled to via boat as there is no other access. I commissioned a licensed boat captain for the trip, who is also a licensed contractor to evaluate replacement and repair costs with the added challenge and cost of logistically servicing the repair efforts on the properties I inspected. During the course of the inspection, my laptop as you know, was irreparably damaged by saltwater. All in all I would say that my costs far outweigh your fee and that a fair, concise and timely product was constructed and distributed so that you could make the most educated decision during your due diligence period. I will be happy to mail you another copy if you can't locate the first group of reports I sent. Based on the previous reviews I have received, I would say that we're able to keep our customers extremely satisfied. My team performs well together and I am thankful to have them.
