    Kyle P. did all the water related services. Last year he installed a water softener tank and this year installed a sediment filter and UV tank as well as an arsenic treatment tank. He is always on time, explains work thoroughly, he's neat about his appearance and how he handles the work environment. Kyle is personable and pleasant.Highest recommendation. This company installed the ductless midi's in our home 3 years ago and in every aspect they are fantastic.

    Scheduling was right on point. System was installed right after Christmas. Prep process was thorough. Extremely responsive when we switched over to A/C and performance wasn’t as expected. Was a factory setting issue. Very communicative amongst their team and with us. Great follow through. Proactive annual maintenance scheduling and thorough in their system review. Would definitely use them again.

    The guys from Ethical Pro were a real pleasure to have come into my home. They were polite, on-time, extremely competent, and their work and attitude was first rate. They did everything they said that they would and even pointed out things we didn't know we needed done. From Mike, who did the estimate, to Brandon and Brian who did the install, and ending with Kyle who did the final pressure test on inspection day, these guys were the best.     our overall experience was amazing, great people great work, however we were very disappointed to learn recently that the loan we took out through them put a lien on our home..... had we known that this would be done we never would have used there finance company and paid cash. other than that i do highly recommend them for services.

    Joe arrived right on time with the correct part, tools, and skills to do the repair in a very timely manner. He was professional and skilled and his knowledge gave me the confidence that the job was done right. He also check to see if my part was under warranty, which is turned out it was. This not only saved me a lot of money, but also demonstrated there commitment to their customers. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them.

    Mike and his team were extremely professional and came up with a great solution for our home. We have baseboard and a combination of central air in the attic for the second floor and a minisplit for the 1st floor has been life changing for my wife who has bad allergies. Best investment we ever made.

    I called to make on appointment for an estimate to replace our 30 year old boiler. The appointment was on my day off a few days later. Mike showed up on time. He inspected the boiler and the house, asked questions about the house and what I wanted. Gave me advice on what I wanted to do. Mike e-mailed me three quotes a few day later, with specs on the boilers. Called me a few days after that to see if I had questions. I made the appointment for the install, again, on my schedule. Mike and his crew showed up on time. We went over what was expected, and his crew was off the the races. They removed the old boiler and installed the new boiler as promised. Mike and his crew were very professional at all times. Highly recommend Ethical Home pro.
