Javed was polite, courteous, and a technical genius. He's very perceptive, works at the speed of light and discovered many small software issues which taken together were causing numerous larger problems. My computer had also begun began warning me of imminent failure of the SSD awhile ago. He remotely fixed the software issues, and then came to my home to check for hardware problems. After diagnostic testing he agreed the SSD was on the verge of collapse. He immediately used an external drive to clone everything as a backup. I bought a replacement SSD and called him when it arrived 2 days later. He came back, replaced the drive and tested to insure all functions were operating properly, reinstalled all from the backup. He also made more improvements in software usage. He spent several hours in total and charged far less than I anticipated. Certainly recommend him as first choice for any computer repairs.

Ethical Tech has set up a completely automatic backup system and checks it automatically. Regular checks on general computer condition are done seamlessly. Mr Hossain has assisted in recommending and installing several computer upgrades, all of which immediately worked flawlessly. I am in the second renewal and expect to continue. After having had the Geek Squad remotely try to fix my desktop on two separate occasions, without any improvement, I decided to have Ethical try, which he did, remotely in 2 hours. My computer hasn t worked this well in years. It s like a new computer again. Fair price and I definitely would recommend this company.
