There was one month from the time of the quote until the work was done...however, it was over the Christmas holidays and there were other extinuating circumstances. Overall I was pleased.

Bill White (owner) was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how he would do the project (in contrast to Lowes, who could not!). We hired him, and he did the project on-time. His people very very good at their work, and worked hard to keep all areas clean. I would definitely recommend him. He is also looking at another project for us.

Very quick to respond, and on-time to appointments. The work to be done and the costs involved were clearly explained. Very reasonable payment terms of half on acceptance, and remainder upon completion. Work was high-quality, and work area was cleaned up after. My choice was influenced by other reviewers, and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended.

Bill is the owner and he personally came to give me a bid. His advice was clear and concise and he was just an all around nice guy too! As I type this my new door (and a storm door that I purchased and they picked up) is being installed. They show up when they say they will. The work is done quickly but efficiently and the products are A+ superb. I would recommend Ethos for all your window and door projects. Thank you BIll. I hope we can install some new windows in the future.

Ethos Windows was very responsive to my request for work by contacting me via phone. He gave me an accurate phone quote followed by being very punctual when he came to measure the window. Then he went one step further and looked into the warranty of the window and he was honest about the window being under warranty. I would highly recommend Ethos for their timeliness, honesty and punctuality of service.

Service Magic delivers again! Ethos did a fantastic job with the two doors in my old (and irregular) home. Bill, the owner, came out to bid the project, and was quick and NO pressure about the whole thing. His installation team was quick and competent, and all around nice guys. The next day, following the installation, Bill came out to check the final product before billing. There were some minor quality issues he thought could be improved, so they were out the next day making sure it was perfect. Very happy with the final product, and the pricing was very fair. Will definitely call on Ethos for future projects!

Bill was INCREDIBLE! He walked us through the whole process and explained everything he was going to do. He was professional, on time, and gave us a quote within our budget. When it came time to order our door, he was there talking to the sales rep at the company we ordered the door through and talked is "door" talk to the rep and was able to get us a FANTASTIC deal on the door of our dreams. When it came time to install the door, he was on time, very professional and the crew was incredibly respectful and worked hard to install the door perfectly, which they did. I am SOOOOOOO happy with Ethos, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

My experience with Ethos was friendly and professional. I was provided with excellent information about my options. I didn't feel pressured to act immediately. About a week after I agreed to the price I got an email from Bill telling me that he had over-quoted the cost of the windows and that the actual installation would cost less. This was after I had already agreed to pay the higher price so this is a testament to Ethos' honesty and professionalism. A less scrupulous installer would have just pocketed the difference. The installation was first class and there was no mess. I highly recommended, Ethos Windows and Doors.

Bill was on time for the estimate and the installation. His price was in the middle of all the estimates I received but it was his personality that sealed the deal. He seems like an honest person, someone I can trust to work in my home. He replaced our aging wood door with an insulated fiberglass prehung door. He also installed a Pella brand storm door that I purchased seperately. Both new doors really boost the curb appeal of my home. I am very happy with this purchase.
