I hired Eureka24 last August 2016 to maintain my computer for 3 years. Now (3/10/17) they seam to be out of business. Their site and phone number, although not the same as last year, is still available on Home Advisor, but do not work. They seem to have a French site that is still up and operational.

The salesperson called me very promptly to set up an appointment and took my credit card info over the phone. He said it was probably an internal battery problem which would need to be replaced. Gave me his phone # in case I had questions. I did. I called. I left messages. No call back. The tech did show up at the agreed upon time but found that the problem was not in internal battery. Wasn't anything he could repair so did a data dump on a flash drive. He tried calling Ryan to find out what else he wanted him to do in order to service my computer but had to leave multiple messages for him. He never got back to the tech while he was at my house waiting for further instruction. So I paid over $150.00 for a flash drive with data, which isn't as upsetting as never hearing back from the sales person. I had no problem with the tech. He was professional and knowledgeable. One of the reasons I left multiple messages for Ryan at Eureka was to make sure I did not buy a contract and that the charge to my card was a one time charge. Holding my breath that I don't have a recurring charge from them.

Do not hire this firm. They charged my MasterCard $150.00 worked on and off for two evenings for over 6 hous by remote control and my computer is worse now than when they started. Added two programs I didn't ask for, messed up my wife's local account, deleted my Trend Micro account and now they want to come to my home. I am supposed to receive a phone call letting me know when they will have someone at my house. I'm not sure I want them in my house considering what has happened so far. If I do not hear from them I hope I can get a local company to restore my computer to where it was before they started "working" on it.

They did the repair remotely. Harrison was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good job, well done!!

Has been more than 3 weeks and my computer still have the same issue as day one. Once thing was for sure, they collected $150.00 with no issue. They sent a technician that took three hours to tell me what was wrong with my computer, the same issue a mentioned when I called to hire them.

the gentleman that came to my house was extremely knowledgeable about computers, he saved all of my documents, pictures etc.

They take too long and one wonders how many computers one tech is working on at the same time, or how many techs are working on my computer within the 4+ hours.

Let the customer know the time of service is not local time. Mine was NY time so the time I chose was not my local time---Colorado. Let the customer know that sometimes you will consign the work to another company---which is very confusing. I did not know what company was coming to my house. I did not feel safe about the process at first but it turned out ok when the repair man came. They did call and say they were sorry about the mix ups after the service. I have used home advisor before and this is the only time I had a problem.

I would use them again

Hired the company to repair our computer that was freezing up after about 15 minutes of use. They finally got a technician to come to our house. He was late and stayed over 4 hours and we thought he had it fixed.The next day it was back to its old ways of locking up again. We tried to get some help from Eureka 24 and the tech was tied up with a big job and couldn't get to us until the day after he was promised and then it was an indefinite time. We told them to forget it and refund our $200. We went to The Geek Squad and they fixed it for us for free in less tha an hour. Now I'm tring to get my $200 back.

I'm very happy. He responded promptly and fixed my problems the same afternoon.
