They were great. They battled with Sears to get the part needed for my repair and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

BEWARE!. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. From 12/03/18 to 01/8/19, Euro Appliance attempted to repair my refrigerator. After I paid them $385 for four parts and labor but the refrigerator still ran warm and was inoperable. Tom, the mechanic, was incapable of detecting what was wrong with the refrigerator after 5 visits. Anna, the owner, never returned my telephone calls and I was forced to deal with June, their only employee in the company. She was inept, uninformed, incompetent and indifferent to my ongoing, month-long problem. I finally gave up and intend to buy a new refrigerator. This pathetic excuse of a company deserves a 0-star rating.

Refrigerator filter replacement. They kept me informed through the entire process. The day the work was performed, they called an hour before the time slot. Arrived on time and performed the work as requested. I will hire them again for appliance repair! 5 stars!

Repair man could not be scheduled until 5 days later. But when Tom came he was great. Thoroughly checked out gas dryer and determined that the venting was insufficient due to lint buildup in the vent going through the roof. Once we got the vent professionals in to clean the vent it worked fine again.

Not only 5 Star professional service, but personal service as well. This company is family owned and operated. I felt like they treated me as family. These folks are hard working, knowledgeable and truly care about the parts and service they provide. They went above and beyond my expectations! Tom came out an was awesome. He was knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

Had a cloths dryer heater module go bad. Euro Appliance Service had the part overnighted and repaired my clothes dryer within 2 days. Honest, and professional office and field staff.

Told me the part was broken I ALREADY KNEW THAT!! Said my refrigerator was old and couldn't get a part!!! I told them how old it was before they came. Left a mess of water in my refrigerator and threw everything back in the freezer without caring and water dripped all over the floor! I WASTED $55!!!

Had to come back 3 times before it was fixed.

Only my wife was home when technician serviced our dishwasher. He reported their was some debris in the pump impeller and cleared it. Very reasonable service fee. He could have easily claimed that the pump needed replaced and we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Honesty is the best policy. Excellent service and will use them again when needed

SO far I have just had an estimate and Tom was very nice and informative.

The service was professional. Tom, the repair person, was honest, knew what to do and pleasant to talk to. When our refrigerator broke I was worried that we would have to deal with a repair outlet with a lot of lies and tricks. Fortunately this was not the case. They were on time, did the work right and were honest about the costs service. I strongly recommend them.

Tom and Tom arrived on time, office called 10 minutes out, and work done quickly and professionally. Both of them were a pleasure to watch at work!
