I have to downgrade my previous review because we have had terrible problems with the floors installed by this company. Some planks are popping up and my research indicates the wood was not allowed to properly air before installing it. Now, we may have to redo the entire kitchen floors because the store recommended by the company no longer carries the wood floors we purchased. So, resolving this problem will turn out to be very costly.

I am very, very happy with my new beautiful master bathroom. Kevin the designer/sales rep from the beginning understood my style and was extremely helpful in selection process of the tiles, fixtures, etc. William did an excellent an job converting a 20 year old (builders grade) wore out bath to a bright, refreshing mini spa.

The designer/sales rep Rafiel went above and beyond his job description to help us with the selection of materials, objects and with the complicated logistics of remodeling two bathrooms in a condo apartment. The installers team did an outstanding job and due to their suggestions and problem-solving skills both our bathrooms turned out much better than we anticipated. From start to finish they covered all the expected and unexpected installation issues in a professional way. We are very happy we found them!

Tomas told us what was going on each step of the way. He showed us the receipts for all purchases. though the work was completed about 14 business days later than expected, he kept us informed and we knew what to expect.

I was very pleased with Eurodesign's professionalism and workmanship. In order to convert an unusable quarterbath iin the basement nto a full bathroom, it was necessary to move walls, laundry appliances, doorways, etc. Mr. K's team did an excellent job. I woud highly recommend.

The designer was excellent and helped up choose the materials. Additionally, the quote was better than most of the other remodelers. However, the actual remodel was extremely stressful. The work done was very unprofessional. The paint patches to fix cracks and holes were uneven, tiles were cracked, the shower floor was uneven, ceiling paint was messy, the two installed niches weren�t lined up evenly, and they left our house messy. The communication was poor; the senior worker couldn�t speak English. On the positive side � they did fix all the mentioned issues after we complained and pointed them out.

We enjoyed working with Rafael. Our interaction with him and the installers, Tom, and Reuben, was professional and friendly. They are skilled technicians and it was obvious that they take pride in their work. Rafael was so helpful and responsive and his suggestions and recommendations proved to be right. We were please that the remodeling was completed timely. and looks so beautiful. It exceeded our expectations.

The installation end product was very good. The installer cleaned up each day leaving my home as neat as possible. The painting around the edges could have been neater the first go around but was quickly rectified once it was pointed out. We did have one issue where water poured down the toilet sewer drain splashed over causing a water stain in the ceiling below. The installer fixed it the next day which delayed the completion of the project.

This company has a guy, Rafael, who helps you design the bathroom and pick up all the materials in the shops and online. He's extremely reliable. They also have 2 guys, 2 brothers who work very well, they are discreet, super clean and honest !

Work is OK and the overall experience was OK. Project took twice as long as promised and we had to pay more money at the end compared to the initial contracted amount. Overall we are happy with the project and how it turned out.

There was amazing flexibility and attention to detail. They were clean and our bathroom remodel was gorgeous. Rafael Pabon, the designer who works with them, was also extremely helpful in focusing a vision for such a tiny space. Just be very clear about what times during the day you would *prefer* they work, as the men can work well past dinner time.

euro took over two months to complete small kitchen after covering over electrical circuit breakers and damaging dishwasher which the company failed to reimburse.

"Everything was completed to the contract and customer had not expressed any written or verbal complaints when signing the completion form. After reinstalling the dishwasher we learned that dishwasher is not working and was not working before we disconnected it, because the dishwashers pump was full of dirt and rotted cloth pieces. We offered to credit customer $200 and helped him save another $250 with our discount and he agreed to that. After completion of the job customer started demanding a credit for the full cost of his new dishwasher, which is not reasonable as the old wasnt worth more than $200 and was not working to begin with."

We had a very complex bathroom and laundry room remodel. Ceiling, plumbing and dimension issues abounded in our old house. Tomas was very creative in his solutions and listened carefully to our ideas. Planning took a long time but when he got the go ahead, Tomas started the job quickly. The professionals who demolished then built the new areas were polite, conscientious and hard working. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. The results are stunning. Communication was occasionally an issue but never for long. They fixed anything that I did not like and their work was well crafted. I would work with them again.
