Communication and timeliness was decent, product and install great.

Honest guy...nice work.

Contractor paid $1,000 has not delivered the material the glass inclosure. It has been two months and keeps putting it off delivering the material and not providing a refund. Due to this matter will have to file a civil law suit.

He tells us what we want to hear but he never follows through with anything, He took our deposit Dec 6 2019, and no work and no refund at least 15 no shows with his appt, It was just a 5 hour project to install shower doors.

Took deposits for two shower enclosures and never did the work. They offered reimbursement in late May 2020. That never happened. Constant excuses for 6 months. You cannot trust what Brandon tells you.

Paid deposit and no work done

We paid the deposit but after five months, we still don't have a door installed and we did not get our deposit back.

Adding to the list: We hired Brandon and were due for install mid-march before everything shutdown. We paid approx. $750 as well and have been casually stood up on numerous appointments since re-open. We asked for a refund and were told that we would get a call end of day to schedule for real again after he spoke with his guys and guess what, no call per usual. Given the trying times , Id be glad to revise my review if we could actually get a door installed. I can;t imagine anyone having a backlog so much that it would take many months after re-open to either make folks whole or get the job done. Final note, if this is actually is an unfortunate result of pandemic then all of that gov. stimulus should be there to make people whole without issue. At worst, this may be also be some kind of fraud.

I hope no one goes through the experience I went through with Brandon. That I gave 750 to purchase the shower door. Took the money and its been over 3 months. Brandon refuses to give the money back or installed the shower door. Brandon said he would refund the money back and its clear he will not.

This a company that ask for only company and a company you should never deal with as they will not do anything.

I have paid more than half the deposit for install. The check was deposit immediately. Then I was given excuses to why it could not be installed. I gave up on having the glass installed and asked for a refund. It has been 7 months and I have not been refunded.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! We hired this company to install a shower enclosure. Brandon took our deposit of $780.00 and canceled 8 appointments to do the installation each time having a different excuse. This went on for 2 and a half months. We fired him after the last excuse and requested a refund of our deposit. He said it would be paid to us today. He did not do it. We still be suing him for the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU canceled 8 appointments. 1 your son was sick. 2 times because your help did not show up. 1 you do not work Saturdays even though you had scheduled Saturdays before. 1 time because the lockdown was extended even though you never mentioned it before. 1 time because you had to move the glass. 1 more time you would call back to rescheduled and never did. 1 more time you called to complain because I called Homeadvisor but once again did not reschedule. You texted said we would get a refund on May 26th. I never heard from you. I never lost my job. Working from home since March 17. You are a liar. REFUND OUR MONEY. You had plenty of time to do the job and did no. We are done listening to your BS.

I hired Brandon, he took over a month to get the doors, then had supplier problems. Once he scheduled he missed 10 appointments with me, with me sitting waiting my time had no value to him. Some were no-show and some were sorry by email after the start time, finally had to fire him after 3 months of not being done. He said he would refund deposit, but did not. We even settled for a lower amount but he failed to hold his end. One door he did install has problems and is not straight or plumb. Stay away from this guy.

Brandon is awesome! The only snag we ran into was the glass company cut our door incorrectly so we had to wait longer than usual for the installation while they cut a new one.

Brandon was very pleasant and professional. His glass supplier broke our first door during shipment which caused a slight delay. Brandon was in constant communication and gave us a discount for the inconvenience even though it wasn t his fault. Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Very professional, has not installed yet but have seen his portfolio. Price is high but I didn' t have time for other quotes. However the final product was above my expectations.
