The lady got here 1 hour and 40 minutes late. The bathrooms floors were still dirty, sinks were not cleaned properly, the showers glass were not cleaned at all... she did not vacuum the stairs. We did not have a good experience with that company.

Everything was going great. They did a nice job on a move in cleaning overall. The worked hard, were timely and pleasant. Until I took a closer look at my 1929 baby grand piano?. They must have used the same cleaner and/or cloths they were using to clean painted surfaces to dust the piano. The finish now has streak marks across the top and blotches where the varnish is now chalky. I hope I can polish it out. So disappointed.

A huge shout out to Adisa & team at European Cleaning Services! I have used a few different services since I moved to Texas but never has my house been this clean! I stopped getting regular cleanings as I have been part-time over Covid & needed someone to come in last minute before our friends came to town. She and her partner came in & efficiently & throughly cleaned my entire house from top to bottom & even got the spiderweb out of my very high window that I could not reach. Worth every penny & extremly professional! Reach out to her asap if you need help. You will not regret it!
