I’ve hired Claudia and her company many many times and she’s done an amazing job each time. Very professional, on time, has come helped us several times with last minute emergencies. We’ve also cancelled on her the morning of, or the night before, and I know it’s messed up her schedule but she never complained once. She’s been great to work with and the ladies who work with her are great too. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional company and someone you can trust.

Claudia was very communicative. She gave me a quote upfront and the price only increased when I added to the project. She and her coworker did an excellent job deep cleaning my home. They arrived on time and where done in 3 hours. I was very happy with this service.

I was told a price over the phone and was asked for additional once she arrived. This would have been ok if Claudia and her crew had completed the job. Our idea of what post construction clean up were different. There were places that were really clean and places that did not get cleaned at all. My problem with the whole situation is that she could have called at any point and said I m not going to complete the job because your construction workers were too messy or it is a bigger job than I thought. She did not. She and her crew left. I came back home excited to move furniture in only to be disappointed that the job was not complete. We had a dispute over pay. I paid her less than what we agreed which she did not think was fair. I understand that, however, I Also ended up having to pay another crew to come in and finish the work.

Confirmed at 8:00 am, showed up at 8:30 am. Told Claudia the kitchen sink was broken and not to use. She used it anyway and flooded the floor. When discussing the job on the phone I told her that "The worst is the dust and dog hair". After about 25 minutes on the job, Claudia told me her helper was allergic to dog hair and they would have to leave. She still billed me $30. I would not recommend her and now I don't think I will use HomeAdvisor again.

I appreciated that the products that Claudia uses are safe. She and her team are friendly and efficient. We have a clean house!

She was such a pleasant person, she also bent over backwards to accommodate me.

priority was to clean bathroom tile. after finishing, she claimed remaining mildew couldn't be removed. I purchased grout cleaner and brush next day, and removed 60% of what she had left. Had to hire additional cleaner to finish her work. Found numerous other examples of shoddy work: vent fan full of dust and lent; dirt/dust ball around ceiling; closet floors not vacuumed/swept; etc, etc. I paid top dollar. Have SERIOUS BUYER'S REMORSE. Sent her text next day with my concerns. Not a word back!
