We were impressed with Mr. Morar's actions and commitment during renovation and installation. However, we have since developed a problem with a newly tiled bathroom that he installed. The grout is coming up and disintegrating, and my husband has tried calling him many times. My husband has left several messages on Mr. Morar's voicemail, but we have yet to hear back. We paid Mr. Morar what we feel is a darn good fee, and can't believe that he wouldn't even call us back. Very disappointed with his customer service following the initial installation. European Design Flooring was very punctual and completed the job on time. They were very hard working and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends. The quality of their work was good with a few minor exceptions some uneven tiles around the edges.
