Did not need to contact company, was able to get answers I needed from another source/company and found out that it is not the sellers who need this service but a home buyer who would hire an appraiser. I am sure this company would’ve been fine if I was in the market to buy a home in Pennsylvania but instead I am just starting to do research to get my home ready for sale and was looking for answers. Did not need to speak with this company after the first company I contacted answered the questions and gave me the answers I needed.
