Professional workmanship, ethical experience-based evaluation, exceptional customer service. Evans LLC, Inc. quickly responded to our request on “Angie’s” and asked for photos. Within 48hrs. a project manager arrived, patiently discussed our needs/concerns and made recommendations. He left us with a chart to select a paint colors. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter. Our gutters and garage door glowed after pressure washing rather than painting. We decided to repaint our front porch railings and columns; a few years ago a previous painter did a poor job. We are pleased by our exceptional experience with Evans LLC, Inc. and are eager to “pass the word” to our family and friends.

Excellent work. Communication great, timing perfect. Project was framing for a 20' by 30' workspace in a larger barn. Project included a loft with a structured beam. Work was done professionally and looks great. Would have no hesitation hiring again.

I highly recommend Chase for new or remodel work. He was such a blessing to us as we needed to remodel our 60+ year old house. He replaced subflooring, cut in new walls, moved walls, took down load-bearing walls replaced with LVL, cut in new doors, hung doors, hung cabinets, put in new trim and had to “configure a way for things to fit” which is often common when working with and old home. We couldn’t have asked for a more dependable and trustworthy guy, which is truly an asset in this industry.
