We had an old sewer line break. They were able to come up with a way to reroute a new line that was less invasive than replacing the old line. Since we also have a lot of ground water we did not recognize a problem with the repair right away. They came back out and had to tear out part of a patio that had since been poured, hand dig 6 plus feet to repair the line. This was all done at no additional charge to us. They were very professional and always had a smile on their face.

I received a phone call within an hour of making the spot even though it was Easter. He was here ahead of the scheduled time. Fixed my blockage and checked and cleaned the main line because I had problems in the past. The price was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Evans Rooter Service went out of their way to get my customer fixed up after hours with an emergency problem and they are simply the BEST!!!! Jeremiah was so friendly and worked diligently way after quitting time to make sure the job was done properly and professionally. I will be calling them for all my customers in the area from now on. Toilet drain was clogged, got it cleaned out quickly. Arrived at 10am, not the 2pm appointment time.

They contacted me shortly after I posted my needs, worked me in that day, and kept me notified of their arrival time.

The young man called minutes after I scheduled the appt and showed up on time. He was very personable and professional and did a good job. The charge was less than I had expected to pay. I am very glad to have found them and highly recommend them .

Evans Plumbing went above and beyond normal procedures. After much investigation, he stayed and called in the sewer service provider to our home and SOLVED THE MYSTERY OF THE BLOCKAGE. It was backup from the main sewer line that was affecting more than one home in the neighborhood. He stayed until the city came and fixed the problem by draining the main line! It took a lot longer than an average plumbing call. Very professional, patient, diligent, and I highly recommend them. I'd give Evans Plumbing 6 stars if I could. Lynette A
