The finished work looks great, and Pedro was easy to communicate with throughout the project. When I brought up an additional issue, he worked with me to get it taken care of. Pedro came to give us a free estimate on time, and the price was very fair. His crew showed up on the day and at the time specified to complete our trim replacements and even added some additional service at no additional charge. Work was done by two very nice and competent employees, with Pedro always ready for questions that may arise. Job was completed in one day and very well done. They also cleaned up nicely. It went quite well; in the past, our grass and plants died after a roof cleaning using chlorine so we were particularly concerned about an option. Peter used an organic compound that not only cleaned the shingles, it preserved out plants and grass. However, in addition to cleaning our roof, he also cleaned our driveway, gutters, and soffits. We will definitely hire him in a couple of years.

Was on time and did an excellent job. In face he went above and beyond and helped move some wood of the patio.
