When we had the footer drains replaced in 2014 ,we had many problems with the installation. Even though we had so many problems, the job did get done and we have not had any water problems since.

After 30 years of worrying about rain water coming up through my basement drain during heavy rains, I hired Ever Dry to waterproof the basement walls and put in a sump pump. It has been amazing for 11 years. Not once has water come up into the basement or spouted from the walls. This had caused repeated damage to items stored in my basement. EVERDRY WATERPROOFING was able to come in and give us a workable solution for our crumbling basement wall. It was replaced professionally in just two days. The crew was very friendly and professional and cleaned up the area when finished. Would highly recommend to anyone having basement wall issues.

10 REASONS ON WHY NOT TO HIRE THEM! This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. And it cost me 20 GRAND 1 they took money from me. Went Through my belongings and turned on my old phone That I do not use any more cus I got woke up by one of the old alarms and I have not used It in almost a year. 2 they told me my floor was Hollow and was getting washed out from all the water I checked how solid their work is and it is still hollow and that was the whole selling point to me was that my floor was hollow. 3 the people in charge of the job do not know what they are even talking about they told my wife that they could not get the waterproofing closer to the wall.when it was almost 4in out off the wall and they were going to leave it like that. Wish I could put the pic of it on here but the will not let me. But got another guy out to look at it from the same company and he said ya that is not even Supposed to be in there it is a totally different system so they try to use two different systems and piece them together on us. 4 Left everything a mess my driveway cars basement covered in mud and concrete they clean off all their tool on my driveway so My whole driveway has a big ass concrete stain and it runs all the way down. and then they have the audacity to say oh we usually clean Up after our self like why not ant my house? 5 Sub pump the first time they set it in it was crooked and sticking up past the floor when they told us the night before that they will dig it down even lower but they just lied to us and set it in any way. 6 I swear to you an eight-year-old Amish kid can set concrete better than these people it is all an even their waves in the concrete there are high points that are higher than my original floor And there are spots we it dips back down lower than my floor by almost 5in. 7 floor is now having water come up to throw it like that the whole reason we Hired them was so water does not come in our basement but now It does. 8 The easy breeze filtration system they put in they did not even Caulk around it The left a big ass opening all around it to outside.9 there last day of work here they spent most of there time outside when they should have been in the basement working cus they said they had everything down outside and then rush the last couple of hours and left all there food and drinks in my yard basement. 10 Every time they were supposedly got done the finance company would call us immediately asking if the job is done and then the second we would say no then Everdry would get a hold of us and say we will what else do we need to do and then u have to wait for them to reschedule. Update: they have been out here now for the third time to fix their nonstop fuck ups going to have to call them out here at the fourth time again said that they would put a new no channel to the sub-pump did not even do it just threw in more concrete then when we told him that we needed a taper to our drain they just threw in more concrete all the way around and then they cleaned off all the tools outside in my yard and left another concrete stain.

We have had no water issues in our basement since we had this company install their system in 2011. Any problems like replacing a worn sump pump are dealt with efficiently and courteously, even though we live quite a ways away. We highly recommend Everdry.

I had my 100 year old, brick basement waterproofed 30 years ago because of the brick construction and clay surrounding my home. Very professional and courteous. They are quick to answer my service calls, replaced a worn sump pump and recently inspected my basement walls to see if the integrity is still intact. Basement has been dry except for one time when the sewer lines couldn't handle an extended thunderstorm and the rainwater rose in all the basements on my block. The sump pump took it all out and no problems since. That brick basement will last another 100 years!

We have had water problems in our basement for years. We have tried all kinds of fixes. We always dreaded to see spring come because of the water issue. This is the first year with everdry and we had no water. We love the EZ-breathe system. It keeps our basement Oder free.

The initial job was excellent and 2 calls for minor problems were handled professionally and quickly, EverDry has been courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. Just recently i called over a beeping sound on the unit and they came the next day and replaced the battery , No water in a house built in 1904 is a very peaceful feeling.

It took 6 phone calls for someone to get back to me. They would tell me they would give scheduling my message and would get back with me that evening. They never did!!! It took the 6th call and me asking the guy why would it take 6 calls and being ignored to have someone to call back! If I hadn't have give them half of my money, I would have gone to another company! They charge you 33% of your money if you change your mind. Has been a bad experience and I wish I had never done it. I cant rate the quality of work or the value of my money yet, they haven't started yet. In order to get this rating out now, I had to give some kind of rating. But I do plan on getting in touch with BBB and The Consumer Protection Agency in Indiana. I want them to be aware of what is going on and the salesman that came to my home would never call me back either! I don't want anyone else to go through this like I have....

This company is very unreliable. They do things their way only. We hired them to put drain line down (three feet around our tri-level home) and waterproof the walls. They put the line just under the top of the ground about six inches deep. They said to stop the water from going deep. Their job is still not waterproof. They have said they're coming out in the morning, but don't show up at all -not even a phone call, and this has happened more than two times. HomeAdvisor will not post this about (N)EVER DRY.
