Our patented, safe and 100% effective waterproofing method can be used on foundations consisting of poured concrete, block, brick, stone, and red clay tile. We also work on crawl spaces and slabs. Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
I only wanted an outside system and Everdry was the only one that was actually able to do it. I had another company coming out and tell me that you could do an exterior system when I was ready to proceed. They tried to make me do some sort of inside drain system, which wasn?t going to take care of what?s going on in my walls. My basement is finished. They said they would just put up some white stuff around the basement and it would look like it was finished. I looked up what they were talking about and that was complete BS. I?m very happy with Everdry.

Everdry is the best waterproofer hands down. I just got my second basement waterproofed by them. My son in law was doing research on the company and whatever he pulled up from another waterproofer said they were high pressure sales so I didn?t tell them I was already a customer when they came out. They walked me through the exact same explanation I went through over 17 years ago with a little bit more technology and I already knew I was going to buy. I told him I?d have to think about it and after he answered all of my other questions he told me to have a goodnight and walked out the door. I wanted to see if they would put pressure so as soon as he actually got in his truck I went out and signed the contract. My son in law?s basement water eas fixed for cheaper but he still has mold in his basement!!!!

Egress Window Installation
I am so happy I went with Everdry for my egress window. I got a few quotes in the 6-10K range but Everdry was the only one that was capable of adding real drainage to the window. Half of my friends with egress windows always have water issues and it leaks from the inside because of all the pressure but Everdry used a portion of their exterior solution to make sure that wouldn?t happen to me. Not the cheapest but absolutely the best!

I spent about three weeks getting quotes because I had heard mixed things about basement waterproofing companies, including Everdry. I?ll be honest, they were not the cheapest option I looked at, and that gave me pause at first.
What ultimately made the difference was how thorough the inspection was. The rep didn?t just look at one wall and give a price. They walked the entire perimeter, explained how water was getting in from both outside pressure and inside drainage, and showed me why a partial fix would likely fail over time. Other companies were quoting cheaper, but they were only addressing one part of the problem.
I also want to address something I was worried about going in, which was the ?high-pressure sales? reputation you sometimes see online. That wasn?t my experience. It was definitely detailed and direct, but I never felt like I couldn?t take time to think about it or compare options.

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
From start to finish the average, our team was phenomenal. I submitted a request for work and within three minutes a gentleman named Lance called to get us booked for a free inspection. The inspection was completely free and after talking with a couple of other waterproofing companies before reaching out to EverDry, I knew that I was making the right choice by signing up with them. The work was complete within five days from when the cruise started and they left everything spotless. They use a jackhammer in the basement and I was really concerned about dust, but the crew did a great job not kicking any dust up on our belongings or upstairs. They were using some sort of vacuum cleaner or hose to make sure that the dust wasn?t getting kicked up. My headaches are so much less frequent now that there?s no mold in my basement and I?m so glad I went with Everdry because of it.

I contacted almost every company on Angie and I am so glad I went with Everdry. They had the perfect solution for me and none of the other companies I contacted were able to do exterior waterproofing which my home needed. I got a couple of quotes from other companies and they just tried to sell me interior drain systems which wasn?t going to work because I had water coming out of my walls. I?m so grateful for Everdry and my walls have been dry since I got their exterior system installed.

We had a phenomenal experience with Everdy. We had a bunch of rain over the weekend and the team came out the same day to assess the situation. We were very unhappy with EverDry. They did not explain clearly what they were going to do and cut through my carpet in several places, so I had to hire another pro fix it and to replace the baseboards that EverDry removed. EverDry gave me a small rebate, which covered the cost of repair, but I thought they should have paid for a new carpet to be installed, given the major damage they did. They were extremely expensive and I strongly recommended that others be extremely cautious about hiring them, making sure you understand exactly what they will do to your house to complete the job.

They showed care for our home and where kind, polite, respectful, friendly and had superior work ethic. They walked us through every step of the process and explained everything we needed to know. I asked for a free estimate and received an appointment and was not told until the day before the appointment that I would have to be home as well as my spouse in order for the estimate to be free. I feel that it is very misleading and dishonest. I should have been told that at the time of making the appointment.

I had the Everdry basement waterproofing with a couple of sump pumps added and it fixed my flooded basement. I have a house with mostly cinderblock basement walls. The causes and symptoms the service engineer described matched my experiences even though he came during a dry period when there was no water. He explained that an addition, with poured concrete walls, would not require treatment and did not try to sell treatment for that area. I have had no flooding since treatment, despite storms dropping up to 6 inches of rain in one day. The treatment was amazingly fast considering all the work they did, and they cleaned up very well after the treatment. It was the best investment I have made in home repair / improvement.

We are very pleased with Everdry Waterproofing they did our house inside and outside in the 80's never have had a problem and if I do I pay them $25.00 a year for anything goes wrong they fix it. I have had to have a pump and some other minor things done and they were right on it everytime I needed them, very good company would recommend them I would back them up anytime.

I tried everything I could think of to keep out the 14" of water I would get in my basement, then I hired another company (shall remain nameless) just to have their system ripped up in 2 and a half short years because they would not honor their warranty. As a last ditch effort before bulldozing my home or filling my basement in with stone and making it a crawl space, I called EverDry of Michiana and to my surprise, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. it's been 4 years since Everdry worked our foundation. We have not had a drop since they did the project. The only setback was the cost but we couldn't have ever sold our home unless this was done.
