Worst business I've ever dealt with. Hired this company to fix my freezer. Dylan was supposed to come the next week, well 3 weeks later and very little communication, and multiple efforts to contact and get refund. We are still without a freezer and no refund. Do not hire this guy!!!!

Comment: SADLY after four weeks Dylan has not followed through on completing our repair. We paid Dylan $1136 in advance for parts and he has given us misinformation about their arrival. He has scheduled many appointments to complete the repair and twice cancelled at the last minute. Once for an understandable family emergency and once when he scheduled a service call for himself within our service call window. Dylan has been a no show for several confirmed appointments, the last being yesterday between 2 and 4. At this point he has not responded to text or phone messages to address our request for repair or refund. We are considering legal action to recover our money if the escalation through HomeAdvisor Customer Service does not accomplish repair or refund. We were very excited to support a local business and for our efforts we have been seriously frustrated and disappointed. Recommended? No

Don't pay up front even if ordering parts. We trust to deliver the part an do the work but never completed. After paying up front he set up 2 appointments that were no shows and refuse to take our calls there after.

Do not hire this guy. He will keep coming up with lies and never shows up after the service call. If you're unfortunate enough that he comes out for service call, do not pay anything (such as repair & parts) other than for the service call because he will never come again, and won't even respond to your texts or emails.

I had a new ice maker installed in my fridge for $265 and it doesn't work. He was supposed to come this past Friday to fix and called about 3 hours after the 2 hr. appt. window closed and said he was delayed and would come on Sat. between 3-5pm. He did not show and never called. I emailed him late Sat. to find out what happened and have not heard back. Called him Monday morning at 10:15 local and left a message on his voice mail. I can understand problems but am concerned of the lack of communication. Service is everything in business and this business is seriously lacking!

I went to the internet to find a solution to my washer issue (stopped before draining and spinning). Couldn't reset the motor. Call HA, Dylan called very quickly and came right over. He found that a bobby pin and material had gotten stuck in the pump. Fixed the problem and I was washing again within the hour. Nice work!

Dylan responded immediately and came by the same day. He assessed the problem and ordered the necessary part. There was some delay getting the part and a couple of glitches (mostly out of Dylan's control) but, overall, I'm very happy with the service and would definitely call Dylan again should the need arise.
