The inspector did a reasonably careful job of screening for heat leaks, and he was patient about explaining sources of problems. Thus the screening process itself was satisfactory. However, the official report was considerably delayed (about 5-6 weeks). Also, I was given to understand that he would provide a list of action steps to improve energy use, with a prioritization of the action steps. But the final report was just a bunch of photographs with no specific suggestions.

Nate was helpful over the phone in answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable about home energy issues. He was on-time for our appointment and did a thourough job measuring this and testing that and then sent a very detailed and helpful report that prioritiezed improvement options by the "biggest bang for the buck". We started with air sealing improvements to our home and alreay notice a difference.

They do good work. We think it is very important to let the customer know that EverGreen, knows what they are doing. They are excellent at doing the home energy aught.
