It says on your website free estimates. They charge $100 to give you a quote. If you don't use them you are out the $. I was charged $1036.46 for a simple 24"sink vanity. The old one we removed, and the vanity and sink, and faucet were ready for installation upon technician's arrival. He was there 2 hrs. My husband okayed the work based on not wanting to throw away $100. If I had been there I would've thrown the technician out and not paid the $100. We had been without a sink in the bathroom for about 2 weeks because they were running late on the 1st appointment we had with them, another reason he okayed the work. After my complaint to Evergreen Plumbing, they stated they have a flat rate for their services. If that's the case, why weren't we told over the phone that flat rate? Probably because they'd make money either way. If you don't use them because they are overcharging then they make $100. Do this at least a few times a week and you have a nice sum of money.

The technician ran into a problem but he worked on it for quite some time in stifling heat till he got it all straightened out. New faucet looks terrific. He was on time and they kept me posted on arrival times.

Im not sure whats going on with this company. At first the communication was top notch, but after the first week I had to call back multiple times to push the job for it even though I had gotten a quote. Still have yet to receive the contract that Im waiting on. After waiting on this company for three weeks to call me back I ended up going with a different company. Will never use this one again

They did an absolutely excellent job. When they completely re-piped our home and they were prompt, great at communicating with us, very professional, and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.
