We had hail damage and I hired Everguard to replace the roof on my primary home and rental. I chose them because a relative worked for them and they gave a great price. Unfortunately, they damaged both homes and I am still dealing with the long term results of poor installation and rough work. The safety equipment scratched my windows and stucco. They pulled stucco off in large chunks when they removed the shingles. They did not seal the roof properly. They damaged my neighbors roof throwing things off my roof. My primary home has had leaks with the new roof and I have not been able to get them to address any of my concerns. My rental had to have the duct work replaced this year because the roof was not sealed properly so the duct work began to rust. The foreman was nice, but he no longer works there. Since he left, no one will help correct these issues. I should have paid more to a reputable company.

Everguard Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Steven Chavez the sales rep. was on the job site to make sure everything was done to specifications. They went above and beyond what was expected.

I just had my roof done by Everguard Roofing and I couldn't be happier. They sent a sales rep right away to check on my roof. Andy came out to do an inspection and explained the process and I received the quote the next day. I couldn't afford to do the roof right away and was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could finance my roof. I would recommend Everguard Roofing to anyone.

Everguard Roofing came out ahead of numerous companies for price, for labor and material warranties, and for included items such as additional vents and painting the roof pipes. The salesman's knowledge and courtesy were superior. He welcomed our many questions, helped with the difficult decision of roof color, and kept us informed of schedule changes due to weather. The workers were on time on the appointed day and did a professional job. The cleanup was thorough and the salesman was here to oversee and inspect the job. Our neighbors were impressed with the great looking roof. We totally recommend Everguard Roofing.

Don was available and answered my questions. The crew mis measured the largest and most critical of the sky lights and delayed completion of the project by more than a week when the weather was being very uncooperative. There were other complications not related to workmanship which Everguard addressed satisfactorily. I'm happy with the quality of the materials (which is why I chose them over other installers) utilized and the installation. Perhaps because of the materials, they were not near the lowest bid, but I would use them again. Don provided pictures during the installation by email as I am located in another city and could not visit the site. They have promised a complete inspection (again) in 3 months.

Very professional,this was a very stress free job,contractor very knowledgeable,and lots of experience. They use high quality roofing materials and give an honest and affordable quote best out of 4 contractor's. I am very pleased I would highly recommended this contractor to anyone.

The roofing job was done during a rainy interval. Precautions were taken to avoid any problems. One afternoon a typical 45 minute, New Mexico gusher poured down with no ill effects.
