Alex did an amazing job on my daughters capets and area rug.
He called me an hour before he was going to arrive which gave me time to get to my daughter's home since she was out of town. He was on time, he took his time to explain everything, got rid of the pet stains and the carpeting and area rug looked brand new.
I was extremely happy with the high traffic areas of the stairs and hallway. I recommend Ever Steam Carpet Cleaning for any of your cleaning needs. My daughter got home the next day and the capets were dry and she was extremely happy. Joede B

I really thought I was going to have to replace my carpets, the stains were so bad, especially the high traffic areas due to the recent repaving of our asphalt parking areas. After a false start with another company, I found that Ever Steam was just what I needed. They removed stains that I never thought would come out! Alex was prompt, courteous and efficient, reflecting his 17 years of experience. The cost was very reasonable, too. I have already recommended Ever Steam to one of my new neighbors and I will definitely come back to Ever Steam for my next carpet steam cleaning service!
