Workers were very courteous and helpful. They were very good at explaining their plan. So far the basement is very dry and working. Work is only two weeks old. It does create quite a mess but that is expected. Clear out your basement as dust will go everywhere. They are not so good at getting the lawn back to normal. The area around our house is full of dirt and rocks that they left piled up.

Every Dry solved our basement water problems. We had to have them revisit their work because of the difficultly of our water problems. Every Dry continued to try numerous ways to solve our water problems and eventually they did so. This took place 20 years ago and to date our basement is dry. We are pleased with their work and their customer service.

We have a finished basement that water started pouring in and ruined our carpet and kitchen cabinets twice. we made 1 phone call to Everdry got a few estimates, they gave us a few options and had the work done. This seemed at first a bit steep but let me tell you it was the best investment we ever made. Everyone that works there from the office to the men working in the outside were all exceptional ! Thank you !!

We bought our home about 3 years ago and the previous owners had french drains and wall anchors done previously. Well we maintained the lifetime warranty . We are so happy we did. We started to get water in our basement and downstairs bathroom. We called EverDry and told them water was coming in. That's all it took. They fixed everything top to bottom and it was fast service with courteous employees. We highly recommend EverDry.

It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing to recommend the services of EVERDRY Waterproofing. They did an excellent job, are always punctual and offer very competitive rates, It's been 10 years since EVERDRY waterproofed our home and in that time, we only had 1 issue and that was when the pump stopped working, still no water intake However, one phone call and EVERDRY responded within 24 hours and fixed the problem. After our basement flooded after a big rain about 5 years ago, we hired Everydry of Pittsburgh to fix our leaking basemen. Fast forward 5 years later, we just had a very bad rain storm, and we lost electrical power for about 14 hours. I was sweating bullets as the rain continued to fall, and having no electricity. But as the Everdry People promised after the work was done (5 years ago), they guaranteed their work, and said that our basement would remain dry. It was!!!!! These Guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to fix your leaking basement as they fixed our. Oh yeah, one more thing, the guarantee stays with the house. So if we ever decide to move, the warranty stays with the house.

I can't say enough good things about this company. John was great throughout the entire process with explaining what they were going to be doing on a daily basis and communicating with us and was always there when we had any questions. Phil was awesome about keeping the outside clean of debris and anything my dogs could get into. The lifetime warranty leaves us with such an amazing peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to rid themselves of the headache of having a wet basement!

We had them do our basement in 2008 which was always wet after the spring rains. Not one drop of water gets into our basement now.They did a great job, would recommend them to anyone.

Nice people to work with all around. When I called about a question and concern, everyone was nice and kept personal information in convenient location to help me even easier. Had internal and external french drains installed to fix water issues back in 2012. Just called concerned about my back up pump that seemed to go bad after 7 years and they came out right away. Some items where covered under warranty and other parts where not, which I was informed of before the technician came out so there was no surprises. And the technician was patient answering questions before finalizing workload. Technician was on time, friendly, explained issues and everything was fixed to our satisfaction before the technician left.

We had a good experience with Eveydry. Everyone was very professional from the office workers, salesman and all the workers who came to the house. We did have one small issue. They came out, inspected and fixed the problem within a couple weeks. Everything has been good since then. Thank you Eveydry! We highly recommend them.
