He did my basement 15 years ago and haven't had a drop of water since.

Courteous and careful crew. Daily updates of the work to be performed, continuous checking by job foreman and his supervisor, minimum disruption to both inside and outside the house. Addressed any issues that arose with myself and foundation work completed in less time than expected. Considering the work involved less traumatic than I had anticipated.

Had Everdry redo my basement due to water entering at the bottom of the South wall. They came and dug all around the house by hand so there was no heavy equipment to tear up a lawn. A tar like material and plastic sheeting to waterproof the out side walls and outside drain tiles were installed. The inside drain tiles were replaced and all were connected to a new sump pump crock and sump pump. This was done over 20 years ago and no water problems since. The work was done in a week without much disruption of our life. They have replaced my sump pump under their service agreement at no cost. That alone is worth the yearly price of the agreement. It can also be transferred to a new owner whenever I decide to sell the house. Very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for basement repairs.

Like most construction project there were issues. Overall the work was done in an appropriate manner and when the basement leaked a few weeks later (Spring 2008) they did replace my carpet and help with clean up after an extensive disagreement with manager.

The team was able to point out other issues that contributed to my basement flooding. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had no problem with the work at all. I had a problem with the office after the job was done. It was such a horrifying experience that I would never recommend them to anyone.
Response by Everdry Waterproofing: Very sorry there was so much miscommunication. We alert all homeowners that a check for the balance is due at the end of the final day of work. Though you assured us you'd have the money you owed us and we, as you stated, completed the work to your satisfaction, we were surprised several times by you putting off our payment. That said, all's well that ends well and you now have a dry, safe basement and a warranty for the life of your home. Just surprised that you'd give us a 1 star.. Yours, Matthew Flynn General Manager Everdry Waterproofing

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Contactor repaired bowed walls and waterproofed basemenr. Everdry was good to deal with and crews kept dust to a minimum. Basement is now dry.
Response by Everdry Waterproofing: Well...that was short...and I'm glad the work was completed to your satisfaction. Call me if you need anything. Yours, Matthew Flynn General Manager Everdry Waterproofing

Everdry diagnosed my basement water problem as due to the heavy clay soil that causes heavy rains to build up hydrostatic pressure against the foundation walls. The solution was to install a new outside drainage trench and connect it with the inside drainage trench and direct all water to the new sump pump. The work was done quickly with minimal impact to my landscaping and my interior. Only time and heavy rains will tell whether this works. But the lifetime guarantee (at a small annual cost) that can be passed on to any new homeowner goes a long way in giving me as well as any prospective buyer peace of mind.
Response by Everdry Waterproofing: Good morning. Just sitting down to read your review. Thank you for sharing. Yes, clay soil is often the concern in Southeastern Wisconsin. Sometimes the amount of rain we are given just can't get through the dense clay and it tries to find a path downward. That path is often along your unprotected walls. Not to mention that that clay can expand and put ridiculous amounts of pressure on the walls. I'm glad we could help you and make sure to call us when you need anything. Our contract with Everdry is a legacy arrangement through the previous homeowner. We pay a modest sum each year to continue the relationship. Last winter our sump pumps were beginning to fail and I contacted Everdry to see what can be done to repair the problem. Much to my delight I found that under our contract, these sump pumps would be replaced under the arrangement with no other additional charges. The repairs were made in less than a week at my convenience, and the servce professional could not have been more accomodating or knowledgeable. i wholeheartedly would recommend Everdry for new repairs or in a maintenance contract.!
Response by Everdry Waterproofing: Hey Charles, Isn't that great?! You inherit the life-time warranty and are completely covered for the basement waterproofing for the life of the home. And you get to sell that aspect to the next home owner! Congratulations on purchasing a home with a waterproofed AND WARRANTIED basement! Not only is the basement safe and dry, but you get to explain that part of your them of a house to the next buyer. Enjoy! Yours, Matthew Flynn General Manager Everdry Waterproofing
