Jerry is the bomb. He is extremely knowledgeable of the products used and very efficiently clean in his working for himself and with his crew. The crew whistled while they worked meaning worked well together which was a beautiful thing to see. Don’t let Jerry go. he’s a gem and a good representation for company.

Original crawlspace flood prevention and waterproofing done 12 years ago. I've been underwarranty for $50 annual and they offer to come out and review condition of original work ( battery out) and equipment every year (sump pump out?), EasyBreathe air handler, vapor barrier, humidity level). Any unforseen conditions within original scope intent are performed at no charge. Jay, Head of Maintenance came out to clarify some changes that I needed. He clearly laid out some different solutions and wrote a detailed scope to communicate to Crew Chief, Jerry and office scheduler Beth (who took all my calls, put me at ease and listed patiently to my particular circumstances) and got new work scheduled for the following week ( even with a monster ice storm forecast). Jerry and crew were on time and very accommodating and tidy. Moved the EasyBreathe to a more effective location, Closed vents to encapsulate and closed gaps in vapor barrier. Outdoor work too! Many thanks!

The staff and workman were friendly and helpful. The waterproofing repair was scheduled under my warranty with Everdry. I was assured that there would be no cost to me for the repairs. However, what was not explained to me was that the repairs and replacement of the flooring and baseboards that were removed for the repairs would be at my expense. The replacement costs will run over $1000+. I am an 82 year old retired widow on a fixed income and would not have authorized the work if I had known.

My experience with Everyday Basement Waterproofing was excellent. The team came out, walked me through what was happening under my crawl space, and even took pictures to show me issues I wasn’t aware of. With the estimate, there was no pressure to sign a contract on the spot, which I really appreciated. They completed the job on time and even followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely use them again if I had another project.

I have been with EverDry for over 12 years. They were able to identify my water issue and completely eradicate it. I have not had any major issues since. When small issues arise, EverDry is quick to respond and fix the issue without any additional costs. Very caring company.
