Everdry waterproofed my basement, installed a sump pump and dug drainage around the exterior. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and explained all the questions I had so I understood what was going on.
About nine months later we had horrendous rain and there was a bit of leakage through a couple of windows. They came out and took care of the issu3, promptly.

I have a house over a 100 years old. When we moved in 30 years ago, found out the small basement-cellar would leak from significant rainfall, and leak really bad with waterfalls coming out of the bricks in heavy, heavy rainfall. This caused signigicant stress to me for years as I had to rely on sump pump operation to make sure basement didn't flood( happened a couple times with sump pump failure). Contacted Everdry to get estimate for fixing basement issues. Was skeptical that they could actually fix all the issues since house was so old. Signed contract and they got to work. Crew did exellent job as job involved outside work and inside work. They also installed new sump pump with back-up battery pump which helped peace of mind for power outages in heavy rain. Well, first big rainfall came and lo and behold I had no leaks anywhere. Was actually suprised as I anticipated a return visit to fix any leaks I might have encountered. My stress level has plumeted since having Everdry

In August of 2026 it will be a year of my basement being dry and free of mildew and mold. My husband and I hired EverDry after 30 years of bandaid fixes. The EverDry team from the representative who conducted the initial inspection and provided the estimate to the crew who completed the job were excellent. Everyone was professional, respectful, patiently and explained the work tasks each day. They cleaned up outside around the foundation and inside the basement at the end of each day. They reconnected the washer and dryer, explained the new sump pump and braces on basement walls. We have not had any water, mold or musty smells in the basement since the work was completed. We are grateful for our DRY basement with no water worries!!

We originally had Everdry out to waterproof our Meridian Kessler basement (IYKYK) 5 years ago. This included the interior basement wall French drain as well as some exterior wall drainage that empties into a drywall in the backyard. The work has been nearly perfect. For the couple issues that have cropped up over those years, Everdry has been prompt to schedule the additional work and because of their work guarantee, we have not had to pay for any of the additional work (which included excavation and additional drainage as well as foundation sealing). Each staff person we've communicated with has been professional and prompt and provided answers to our questions and solutions to any problems. This is one of the most valuable investments we've made and it continues to provide value anytime basement waterproofing issues might arise. I've recommended this to my friends and family.

Original installation by prior regime was a mess, but the new leadership over at Everdry Indy has rectified all major issues and has made good on the warranty (which is a fantastic deal, so stay current on it!). I had high hopes for EverDry Indianapolis, but they rely heavily on cookie-cutter solutions. My non-traditional layout required a painful journey of numerous return visits just to stop water intrusion.Their warranty covers future seepage, but the process completely lacks coordination. Fixing issues required two separate appointments weeks apart. Supervisors lacked expertise outside standard setups, deflected responsibility, and gave crews conflicting instructions. Agreed-upon fixes were constantly altered or ignored.Professionalism was highly problematic. The crew rolled heavy concrete chunks down a hill in my yard to hide them; hitting this hidden debris damaged my mower blade and caused a dangerous kickback. Workers also left my doors open, causing a 60+ fly infestation. Furthermore, the EZBreathe system has no proof of efficacy, running 24/7 and spiking my electric bill.I appreciate that the basement is dry, but getting here shouldn't require an exhausting battle.

We had everdry come in last year and waterproof the basement. Since then we have had no problems with the basement leaking or having water in it whatsoever, and it's been nice, having a dry basement and not the smell and the mold and the mildew. I did have them out once on the air dehumidifier but it wasn't a problem and was taken care of very quickly . The guys did a good job while they were here , and cleaned up everything after the job was done and even replant it the flower bed that they had to move to dig in the yard . If I didn't know better I would never have known that they had been here other than seeing the work that was done .

I had Alex come out for an inspection and estimate. He was very thorough and explained everything. Our install date was scheduled and I was able to get it completed 3 weeks earlier than scheduled:) Scott was great with his crew. They showed up when they said, he communicated with me every step of the way. He took the Neverending ground water issue with stride and got the job completed on time. Three days...no more water in my basement. The crew worked hard and kept going through the rain showers and downpours. They protected my lawn and shrubs. Cleaned up everything. Each day the office reached out to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Each day a manager stopped in to check on the work. I 💯 recommend Everdry and Scott.

It has been a few years since Everydry saved us! We had severe flooding, rain for days, and rain started coming up from the ground into our basement, pushing tiles up! It was crazy! The service was done very quickly and with excellent results. I had been having water leak into my basement in 3 corners, but have not seen a drop since the service. I often hear the sump pump running, so I know water that would have leaked in is being removed
