Everdry did an excellent job stopping the water leakage in our basement. Water had leaked into our basement for years each time there was a heavy rain. Our basement has been water free since the work was completed in 2019. The work was completed in a timely manner and the customer service has been great. Thanks Everdry.

MY HUSBAND HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF RAIN WATER SEEPING INTO OUR BASEMENT WHEN THERE WAS HEAVY RAIN FALL. HE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE TO DRY IT OUT BEFORE WE COULD MAKE USE OF IT EACH TIME. I CAN'T TELL HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN SINCE WE HAD THE IN-GROUND SYSTEM INSTALLED. MY HUSBAND HANDLED ALL OF THE DETAILS RELATED TO THE WORK DONE. UNFORTUNATELY, HE PASSED AWAY ALMOST THREE YEARS AGO, LEAVING ME WITHOUT A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE PARTICULARS. HOWEVER, I CAN SPEAK ON THE FACT THAT THERE HAVE BEEN NO APPARENT PROBLEMS,TO DATE, WITH THE SYSTEM THAT WAS INSTALLED. THERE HAS BEEN NO WATER IN THE BASEMENT SINCE THEN. I CAN ALSO, ATTEST TO THE FACT THAT THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALLERS WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, RESPECTFUL, FOCUSED ON THE ISSUES, TIMELY, ETC. WE WERE VERY WELL PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.

Very happy with this company. Had repeated problems with flooding basement. They installed a perimeter tile and sump with back up unit which cleared the problem. Follow-up service was excellent. I had a problem with pump failure the next year and they responded immediately to replace the equipment. These folks stand behind their work.

We had our basement waterproofed several years ago. Happy to say everything is still dry. We no longer worry when it rains. Thanks Everdry!

When our basement had water coming in, we solicited bids from 3 companies. We selected the one that was the best value for the money and the best warranty. Everdry came out and put in a drain system inside and outside our basement. They added a second sump and pump with a battery back-up. That has made an enormous difference in making sure there are no issues of water flooding our basement. A couple of years there a was a little water (maybe a cup or two NOT the buckets we had before) coming in in one corner they came out quickly and made sure there was NO water coming in at all and did not charge us for service call or the work they performed. Our house is over 50 years old so there are minor issues expected. Everdry maintains and is just a phone call away if there are any issues with the work they have done or new issues that might arise. Overall, we have been very pleased with the work and the service we have received from Everydry Waterproofing.
