Service technician was personable and showed me where leak was. Communications between tech and home office concerning invoice and credit card payment were not entirely smooth.

From the very beginning Ray, who came by my house and went through everything wrong with my existing system, and how they would fix my problems at a fair price. Ray was fantastic. There was absolutely no doubt in my mind after all the other companies I’ve had out here to give me bids, I knew that this was the company to use Rick West the installer with his son-in-law as his assistant were also equally fantastic, we enjoyed wonderful conversation while they did their job and they did it to perfection. They left the area better than it was when they showed up they installed a complete new furnace and air condition there’s no other company that I feel comfortable with other than Everest to handle my future problems with anything involving plumbing etc. don’t waste your time calling other people you will not get a better bid from anybody in town and you can trust these guys. The owner Mike called me the day of the installation just to see how well everything was going , Everest works as a team and their system is the best yet that I’ve come up with. Thank you for all your expertise in installing my new system. I’m very happy.

The technician Micheal was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable by educating me how to locate certain areas of my older AC and furnace.

Great service from install the troubleshooting. It started with an American home shield warranty job and ended with getting an AC and furnace. They made the process simple, easy and made sure everything was done right. There ended up being a small leak after the furnace was installed and they came out immediately without question and got it taken care of.
