This project was to repair windows.

Hot water closet door needed replaced,Everett had a crew out same day I called to do the work.

Everett installed drywall patches and painted, sealed some of my windows and painted the sills, and did repairs on my iron gate that had rusted in one place. He does excellent work and far exceeds expectations. Experienced, innovative, and great attention to detail.

Detailed oriented handyman, knows what heà ¢à  à  s doing but his helpers need to make sure they are doing the work .

Problems I've been dealing with for years with a smell coming from my sink no other plumbing companies seem to be able to diagnose what the problem was I called Everett affordable handyman services he was very knowledgeable had all sorts of options. right to the job. Everett's found mold in the drain line of my sink and a wasp nest that was up on the vent pipe on the roof flushed all that out and now my odor smell is gone and I feel forever blessed

I was scared that the ceiling would never look the same again after seeing the damage but Evertteâ  s Handyman Services, LLC proofed me wrong. The ceiling looks NEW again. They also installed an latch and attic lock based on health and fire safety code regulations as a preventative on the attic access door. A huge THANK YOU to Everettâ  s for such a exceptional job!

Everett persevered through rainy weather, product malfunction and personnel issues to get our deck and patio coated and also added a small drainage area around our patio. It looks great! We are probably best friends for life now - after a very tough project.

I had to have all the fascia boards replaced in order to have new gutters installed. When he came out for the estimate, he also pointed out the kitchen sink vent pipe seal was leaking up on the roof, and the foam insulation surrounding a replacement window needed to be replaced. Gave me a reasonable estimate, came out the next week and had it all done in one day, including cleaning up all the materials he tore out. He also showed he had used cedar for the replacement fascia board for its moisture and insect resistant properties, where the guttering contractor wanted to use just plain 1X6 boarding, and repaired all the drip edge, as well. I supplied the paint and he gave it 2 good coats, so when I get the new gutters installed, should not have to worry about painting for a long, long time. Very happy with the whole project, would highly recommend him. A big plus for me was he came and got it all done in one day, no multiple days of waiting for the job to get done, even though he had lots of other jobs to do. He seems to know how long a job will take and can schedule the work accordingly.

My master bath shower leaked into our bedroom and soaked the carpet. I had a plumber come out and he told me that it was the shower pan and that they would need to tear out a foot of tile on the wall and the entire shower floor and replace the pan. That plumber said that he would get back to me with a quote and never did. My wife called Everett and he came out to look at it and he spent every bit of an hour and a half filling the shower and inspecting for leaks. No leaks were found coming from under the wall so he began looking at the shower and noticed that some spots were missing grout. He told me that could be part of the problem and he put a little dab of caulk in the corners where the grout was missing. We have been using it like normal and so far no leaks. Everett was much more helpful than the plumber. Everett spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what could have made the shower leak opposed to the plumber who just wanted to get in and out. Everett is very thorough, very nice and professional. I would definitely use his services again.

I had a problem with rain water coming in through the roof and into my house.I had a roofing company come out and charged me a lot of money and it still leaked. So I called Everett's Affordable Handyman Services. He came out and found the problem fairly quickly and charged me a better price. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled. He even heard I had surgery and him and his wife brought me flowers. I would highly recommend.

He was very punctual very affordable him and his crew was very professional I had multiple small jobs like cleaning gutters replacing front door and power washing my driveway he was very adorable and professional.

He was late the first day and he was late on the second day as well. He did have a good eye and I thought he did a great job taking care of the task. He did a really good job just had an issue with punctuality. I defiantly would recommend this company to a friend. I plan on using him again.
