Born and raised in New York City, we bring over 20 years of hands-on experience and a newly issued NYC Master Plumber license to every job. We specialize in technically precise, code-compliant plumbing and gas work for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings across the five boroughs-- including, but not limited to, renovation and remodeling, plumbing design and installation, boiler and water heater installation and replacement. Our expertise includes NYC Gas Code compliance, Local Law 152 inspections, and TASC 86/87A-certified gas work. We are highly experienced in navigating DOB filings, permits, inspections, and coordinating directly with gas utilities to keep projects moving efficiently and safely. We offer clear communication, honest pricing, and durable solutions. Our goal is simple: take the burden off your shoulders without draining your wallet. Our gas line goyvshut due to boiler repairs. No Even no gas Leak. But still need to go through DOB and Coned. Even no gas leak as ourvgas pipes are all new. Sixto tried hard to submit the doc quick. So the cooking gas could return today .

Sixto checks every box you need in a plumber. Amazing and quality work as a master plumber. Honest. Great communication throughout the process. Prompt and on time. I have used his services a few times in the past 12 months. I?ll never hire another plumber again; Sixto doesn?t cut corners. He does the job the right way from the get go and always takes the time to explain to me the issues and how he is going to solve them. Cannot recommend his services enough.

My kitchen sink in the store I managed in Tribeca was constantly getting clogged and would leak all of the time. The pipe under the sink was so old and eaten away that when he began to remove it, it broke away instead. He got us a replacement and fixed the sink and even repaired our toilet that would also clog occasionally free of charge. I?d hire him again.
