Charlie was late for the appointment. I had to follow up with him several times. We did not get the apprasisal when promised. When I did get it, It was through an e mail, where I had to print it my self on standard size paper.

Details about the property in the appraisal are incorrect. These are specific things that I discussed with him while he was at the property and evidently did not record or recorded incorrectly. This is not what I expect from a professional.

"We did charge the customer 100.00 but he forgot to mention that I had to find out why the fuse was blowing.Most of the charge was for finding the short thus causing the fuse to blow."
