At Evergreen we strive to deliver excellent customer service and personal attention combined with fast turnaround times of high quality appraisals. Our goal is to be efficient in our work and responsive to our clients and we have been successfully delivering this service to our customers since we opened for business. We are proud to say that our appraisers are true professionals, keeping up to date with emerging issues in the industry as well as maintaining sharp appraisal skills by volunteering for additional course hours and seminars. Our principals have 4-yr degrees in Finance and Business as well as experience in Lending and Real Estate.
