Evergreen Cleaning Air, during duct, chimney, and furnace cleaning services performed at my property on March 17, 2026. During your service, soot and debris were released throughout my home, affecting every room. This is not consistent with proper industry standards. This company?s actions caused widespread property damage. After I contacted them, the business owner returned and cleaned only two basement rooms and refused to address the remaining contamination, including the furnace area. I was also subjected to inappropriate remarks, including being told that I am ?an old lady,? which demonstrates a lack of professionalism and exploitation of the situation. I also want to emphasize the significant physical and emotional toll this situation has caused me. I spent 10 full consecutive days cleaning my house. Do not use this company. They are a crammer!!! I am taking legal actions against them.

Gomez came and reviewed my venting system to be sure there were no obvious openings for rodents. He used my phone to photograph the vent internals showing multiple areas needing cleaning. Very courteous and answered my questions. Next morning Gomez and another worker arrived and did their equipment setup, vacuuming and cleanup. Pictures were taken to show the clean passages in the vents, last minute questions answered. All this in just over an hour. Thanks, Evergreen. Gomez was very professional and did a great job - first blowing out the vent from the out side and then vacuumed from the inside. He replaced the flexible tubing (which was loose) and taking out the lint filter and brushing out the cavity. I highly recommend his services.
