The technician, Todd, was knowledgeable, flexible to the situation, efficient, discussed options and code requirements in a friendly and unhurried manner, and walked through the installation when done to make sure we understood what he had done. The charges for both materials and time were reasonable and appropriate. The estimate was done over the phone with the owner, describing in general the scope, distances of the run, etc. I told him I would not (could not) hold him to it because of variables I could not identify. I was merely looking for "ball park." The job was done spot-on to the estimate.
