When I made the initial quote, Steve was extremely responsive and helpful. I had a few other quotes to review and got back to him in a week. He stated that they were finishing up with Green Bay properties and then moving on to De Pere and Appleton. It would be about three weeks. It has been 5 weeks and I have not heard anything. Each phone number I have used to contact them comes back with a mailbox full. Very disappointed.
