Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Drainage project - scope and price quote were totally ambiguous that misled the customer. Extremely poor quality work - alignment of drainage adopter with downspout was not aligned, old drainage line was left as it was, covering drainage PVC pipes was improper and appeared to be like speed-bumps. Rain water accumulates around drainage system including catch-basins. Evergreen Landscape owner treated as one-time customer and yelled at the lady of the home-owner. Customer submitted a thorough report with photos to Home Advisor which advised the customer to go to arbitrator.

"Well this is an absolute lie all together. We sometimes work for costumers that believe they understand the work scope of the job more than a professional they called out to do it for. We have an absolute 0 profanity & horseplay on projects. The owner of the company was present at the time of job walk through so all points were covered and client was happy with job scope, after a while the costumer decided it was out of his budget and decided to peruse a partial refund for the project and caused problems on the job where there weren?t any to begin with. Costumer accepted the bid & accepted the final product with no issues."

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
Iâ m writing a revised review, the driveway I had done is great! During the removal of concrete my garage door was damaged, I spoke with Alex the owner he said I will take care of it, 2 weeks later I called him said he would send someone out, never did! This happened the first of August, driveway is good but he has ignored the problem of the garage door. Very disappointed and now at my expense it has to be repaired! Thatâ s what happens when u trust someone and of course I paid in full after completion, Shame on me!

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
My experience with Evergreen Landscaping was perfect! Had a new driveway put in and needed grass replaced. Everything when as planned, response time from start to finish was great! Alex and his crew were fantastic and very professional! I highly recommend them.

Very fast response from the owner Alex after I submitted an estimate request. The owner was in constant communication setting up a start date and arrived as agreed on. Evergreen landscaping crew were very professional and went above and beyond to complete my project and were very mindful not to make a mess in performing their work and upon completion did a bang up job cleaning the work site before leaving. Evergreens pricing was very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely recommend and use Alex and his crew from Evergreen Landscaping on any needs in the future. Great job Alex.

It is with great pleasure I recommend Evergreen Landscape Management if you are considering using a landscape contractor. From the design to the finished product Alex and his team are responsive, efficient, and very accommodating. All team members are hard working & very courteous & if you need suggestions or are having trouble envisioning the project Alex will guide you along the way offering advise & recommendations to improve the outcome. He is also competitively priced, extremely conscientious, & really flexible on meeting your needs & staying close or within your budget. We also appreciated the cleanup after each day (job took 3 days total), he went above & beyond adding left-over mulch to my front garden bed & trees without any additional charge. I highly recommend Evergreen Landscape Management if you are looking for the best service around & if I could give them 6 stars I would that s how satisfied I am with their work. My backyard view is as enjoyable as I can remember since the project completion with all the greenery & flowers.
