They were a 3 to 4 in beginning but in June of 2024 i got someone else to do it. I called Mike and told him i can not tolerate the way there employees work. When i called Mike to complain he did offee to come out and see what he can do. I said you don't need to, i took photos. My complaint is that they always wanted payment by 1st. So to make sure i was not late to them i paid 60.00 more to keep in my account so they got paid on correct day. When i changed service i did not get my 60.00 on acct. refunded. I never have gotten the refund even with sending them a letter with no response. I have received bills after i changed, the latest bill was August 2024. I lost all faith in this co. To me he does not live up to the same good faith thatmi did for him to him to keep from being late. Mike and Jen when i called got message mailbox is full after being told to lm. I wrote a letter to them and asked fo themto be in good faith and refund the extea 60. Very sad and unprofessional.

So contracted them for backfill and compaction. They never compacted, they only didn't level the dirt out leaving most of the large pile in the lawn, all caught on video, the two young workers standing around, doing nothing. First I owned a landscaping business and had thousands of jobs grading, making rockers, landscaping for pool bulds,compaction, and a lot more. I sold this business to get my Engineering degree from MIT in materials mechanical engineering. In my carreer I engineered pools, concrete forms, electrical design, CATV, Fiber trenching, and much more. Never had to get a revision from approval office once, that's how good my designs were. When you dont compact it can cause major cracks in your pool and decking, this company could have cost me $100k in repairs down the road for their lack of completing the job they were hire for. Thankfully they did such a horrible job it was painfully obvious just looking at it. When I was walking around the edge of the pool my foot sunk deep into the non compacted soil, scraping my leg against the shotcrete bad. I had to hire someone else to come out and finish the job. When they sent the invoice and I asked when they would complete the job, they threatened lein against my house. My staff lawyer for my businesses is going to have fun bankrupting them if they dare. All I ask is you complete the job you were contracted for, simple.

Mike and Jen, are extremely oriented with customer service, they follow up, very responsive, and community oriented.
