I paid $226 for them to fix a problem with my sprinkler system which was not watering the entire zone. Weeks later, several plants in that zone were dying so I called them to come back and fix the problem that clearly had not been fixed the first time. They charged me $93 in service fees for the second visit. I had no problem paying for the additional parts for the 2nd visit, but I told them I should not have to pay the service fee as they did not fix the problem the 1st time they were out. They threatened to send me to collection if I did not pay. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!! Customers shouldn't be expected to pay a service fee just because they did not fix the problem in their first visit!
