Tl;dr- good work, bad cost estimate The work was great! The locksmith was very nice and professional and would definitely recommend. I took a star off because when I called I asked about the price and they said $30-60 for rekeying, but didn't mention any labor or service fees (and didn't mention that was per lock) so I was expecting to pay $60 but ended up paying $200+. You should know your services and provide an accurate estimate when customers ask (I was very specific that this was going to be on location so he could've at least mentioned the service fee). Please note that the technician that came out was not the same person as the one who gave the quote and the technician was very clear about fees. Also, they give you a 5% discount if you pay in cash, so have 2-400 in case ready if you can (lol). They were nice about giving me the discount even though I only paid half in cash. Would recommend overall.

They were super responsive! I was going to schedule an on-site quote day out and the Tech called and asked if today worked. It was fantastic! He showed up on time, worked quickly, very professional and kind. I highly recommend them!
