The very first time, our windows were absolutely spotless. The second time around, we were scheduled on a Friday afternoon, and had 6 people show up. The job was rushed with lack of ownership.

Gutter Cleaning a 3 story house was the service and the service was great. Our worker explained what he was going to do and how, so we could confirm that was what we wanted. He also informed us when he encountered a problem and worked to help us to fix it. Cleaner was late but he called to inform us why and when to expect him. I really appreciate that.

They also cleaned the roof and gutters. Around a bay window, we had a green mold growing. They were able to clean that up completely without marring the paint at all. Very much appreciated.

I was very pleased with the work performed. So much so that I hired this company to do a second job. Cody was prompt, polite and professional. However, I was not pleased with Sarah in the office because the second job was processed as a recurring charge and will remain on future credit card statements as such. She was pleasant and very nice but did not appear to understand what I was telling her. I have contacted my credit card company and there are ways that I can change this but are a hassle to me. It should be handled by Evergreen. Only because of this, I am not sure I will use them again.

"Hi Kathleen, Thanks for this feedback! It sounds like we could have been more clear with our communication. Sorry about that! Please rest assured that we have never and will never do automatic recurring charges on a customer's credit card. We don't even have that ability that I know of (nor would we be interested in starting it if we did.) However, if you do use a card with us, we run it through our credit card processing company, Stripe, and your card information is saved and encrypted there. We cannot see or access this information (though we can see the 4 last digits of the card number). We can erase this information on request and I have just done so for you now. On Monday, when Sarah comes in, I'll ask about the recurring charge you were referring to and see if she can make sense of it. She was probably telling you about our Recurring Maintenance Program, which you were not signed up for, but I'll ask and send you an email if I find out anything interesting. All the best, Keith S."

Customer service was great. Gutter cleaner was a nice guy. I would have preferred that he actually left the gutters clean (not with dirt) rather than just removing the leaves.

All the other companies quoted $200 plus more for same job! It took them about an hr to clean gutters. Very happy w service. Do not use the other companies they are way over priced!
