The only one with supieror quality blown-in material

The Everguard team has been extremely professional from start to finish. What I find extremely refreshing is that they are the first company I dealt with that didn’t try to upsell or hard sell us into something more expensive. They first recommended making sure the attic was insulated first (we were looking at just the walls), as any work to the walls would be a waste without good attic insulation. Secondly, they felt the most basic option was all we needed instead of the most expensive (almost no one else always pushes the expensive options). They have been in business since 1959 and knew what they were talking about. Highly recommended!

Do not let the whole family owned business since 1959; fool you. I had to have this company come back 3 times to do a job that should have been done correctly in the first place. They never covered all the open rodent accesses, so they had to call another 3rd party vendor. They left 25% of the vermiculite and had to come back for that. After fixing that problem, they never reinstalled the insulation that was moved in the back area of my attic. I contacted them back and the continuous response was "I will call you back and it turns out that Cynthia (Ofc Mgr) stated that the owner does not know what else he can do for me. WTF!!! They got paid for their horrendous service and now they are wiping their hands of any further obligations to make their work right. The people that gave good reviews may have not went into their attic to check out the work, like myself. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER INSULATION COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK.

Very straightforward and easy to work with. Understood what I was looking for and gave me a direct quote upfront. There were no attempts to upsell their products and services like other companies I received quotes from. Just honest business, which I appreciate.

On time and satisfactory

Everguard talked to me throughout the process, first over the phone to get an estimate, and then in person when I was not sure if we would need to clean the attic or not. We did not end up needing a cleaning, but Everguard did check out the ceiling cracks we pointed out and assured us that adding insulation would still be safe. Given our house is rather small, but their guys were able to install the radiant barrier in under 4hrs and the following day blew in all the insulation about 1.5hrs, quite efficient if you ask me. The end result is that our house is 10-12 degrees cooler than it was previously on hot summer days. Everguard was punctual on both days is the most competitively priced insulation option that I was able to find. tl;dr Would recommend.

Highly recommend. From the initial meeting for a walkthrough of the project through the end of the project I was highly satisfied. The knowledge, experience and competitive quote could not be matched.
