I went with Everlast Construction on my kitchen remodel. My neighbor recommended them and they also remodeled his kitchen and when I saw their work I decided to go with them. Ariel and his team arrived on scheduled date. They were great from first day to end of the project. The project went smoothly and with no extra costs. It was also finished on promised time and I am completely satisfied with the outcome, beautiful modern new kitchen. Highly recommended contractor!!

Everlast Construction was very professional throughout the whole process. I had already chosen the location, and told them the floor plan that i wanted . They were able to sketch it up for me and give me a rough estimate in as little as a week. He explained every aspect to me and told me what could be expected, and answered all my questions I was given a lot of insight on my project. They completed the project and not one time was i left not knowing what was going on or the next step of the process. They worked fast and well.

The project manager, Jack, is a rude person and has a big head personality. The structure engineer s job has not done well at all. We are still working with them to fix the structure plan. I don t know if they will fix the plan or not.... my general contractor cannot continues working according so called city s permits.

I contacted Itay from Everlast Construction about my complete remodeling project in May. I basically did the whole house, I had a kitchen remodeled, bathroom remodeling, flooring, windows, and much more! He came out to see the project and told me some ideas that he had and also gave me a ballpark on how much it would cost. Liking him as a person and having the price meet my budget, I decided to have him proceed with the proposal. For the second meeting, he came with the proposal and design of what my house could look like if I decided to go with him. He would be involved throughout the whole remodeling process and help with purchasing items and making sure that it all coordinated together. We signed the contract with them and now as I am sitting in my remodeled home I can officially say that I am more than pleased with the outcome and could not have asked for a better result. Everything went very smoothly and always on time!

We have used Everlast Construction twice and have been happy with both remodels. We originally got 3 bids for a master bath remodel. Ariel gave us a very detailed explanation of costs. His bid was right in the middle and seemed most realistic. Most impressive was Ariel accessibility. I called him a lot and he was patient with all of my questions and requests for revisions. His crew was excellent. Itay was on site every day and the subs worked non-stop. They even completed the 1st remodel ahead of schedule! We also had Ariel and his crew remodel our downstairs bathroom. We were hoping this was a simple and inexpensive job. Unfortunately, it was not so I ended up buying all finishes to keep costs down (eg. tile, sink, toilet, tub, mirror and hardware). We were very happy with the outcome. Everlast Construction is not cheap. But, you get what you pay for. We will use them again when it is time to remodel our kitchen. I highly recommend this company.

This guys are probably the best one can ask for. Me and my wife moved to our new home and had to do a lot of work on it. After meeting and talking to a few other companies I came across Everlast Construction. I was very reluctant to do my second story addition, I was getting bids from so many companies and did not feel comfortable with anybody until I met with Everlast Construction. My family was impressed the very first visit Arial and his associates made my family feel too comfortable. They had what I would say is, vision, and talent for my second story addition. I found EC after my home inspector found foundation issues on my new home in Orinda. I scheduled an appointment and Ariel came out for a consultation. I must say Ariel is very knowledgeable in construction. I had a lot of question and was even being kind if overwhelming with my questions, but he took his time and explained all of our options in detail. We ended up reinforcing our foundation and opened the dinning from wall to an open space floor plan. Itay and his great team of people architected the plans, engineered it and pulled the permits with the city. We are very happy with Ariel and the Everlast team, and we highly recommend them.

I was tired of calling companies about doing a whole house renovation and feeling lost and confused and sometimes not even answered! LOL. However after meeting Everlast Construction they walked me through the steps and even had a nice timeline for the whole project. Their attention to detail is impressive. Ariel and his team did a phenomenal job on our guest bathroom. They not only did quality work on the construction, Ari communicated well whenever we had questions throughout the process. They were clean and respectful of keeping the rest of our home as dust-free as possible since I was pregnant and we have a toddler. A big THANK YOU to Ariel and as well as the whole team I was in need of a full home remodel. My homes was terribly outdated and needed much work from adding an air conditioning system, redoing the floors and removing old carpet and putting in new wood floors. The bathrooms and kitchen needed to be re-piped, as well as installing new cabinets. This was a big project and definitely was a cause of stress however meeting with Everlast I was settled with confidence. They were not only able to provide me with a newfound love for my new beautiful home but did so at the fairest price I could find. Had amazing communication and overall incredible customer service. We started our kitchen remodel planning and estimation process a few months ago thinking that picking a contracting company and material should not be too hard and had a limited budget based on some target budget planning information found online. What we found is that there is so much more that goes into it as each room in the house flows into another and how the remodel affects it. The team at Everlast have been great to work with and opened our eyes to all that really goes into remodeling a kitchen including understanding the differences between material (pre-fab, custom, etc.). Ariel and team have great ideas and input based on our requests and budget. We really like the custom work they do. We highly recommend Everlast Construction. Got my kitchen done with Everlast Construction and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. They did great work and delivered the project on budget and was eager to finish on schedule. My project was a little different than the typical one. Needless to say, there were a variety of issues we encountered along the way. Their workers are all polite, respectful and trained.
