Communication was terrible, no follow up, when they first put up the fence they were without communication for 3-4 days and left my yard exposed and exposed, they put up the fence outside the fence line, eventually they came and fixed it but it was in my flower bed and it hooks up quite a few calls for them to answer

This company was very professional yet friendly. They were in constant communication with me. I have recommended them to friends and family. Very happy with my new fence.

I wish I was here writing an excellent review, but unfortunately my experience was absolutely horrendous. Work involved was removal of a chain link fence, and then install of a vinyl fence. Signed a contract 5/7 did not hear anything for 5 days. Reached out to Kristen on 5/12 asking if we could schedule a date for the project. Tentative date of 6/9 scheduled and I was told they would contact us as the date gets closer to confirm in case they were pushed back by weather. 6/6 had not heard anything so I reached out again to confirm 6/9 and was told we were on the schedule for the next week (6/13-6/17) and again told they would reach out to confirm a date after they see how the weather is. 6/13 I reach out again as I am trying to organize work schedules, etc to ensure someone is home for the project. Kristen apologized for not messaging me and said we are now scheduled for 6/20. Again, weather dependent Kristen told me she would let me know for sure Friday 6/17 if we were on for 6/20. Never heard back. Reached out the morning of (6/20) to see if we were still on for that day. Kristen said they were pushed back 1 day and I was now scheduled for 0930 on 6/21. At 7:49pm on 6/20 Kristen informs me there was a manufacturing issue and they will not have the materials necessary until 6/22. Informed we were now scheduled for 6/23 in the morning. Well, 6/23 came and went with no one showing up. I again had to be the one to reach out first and ask what the deal was. I was then contacted by Joe who said they ran into unexpected issues at a job on 6/22. Joe said he would reach out to me at the end of the day 6/23 to let me know for sure, but said to expect them in the morning 6/24. I never heard back from Joe at the end of the day on 6/23. Fast forward to 6/24 at 2:14pm and there was still no sign of any contractors and no communication from anyone from Everlasting Fences. It was at this point I drafted an extensive e-mail to Brian and Kristen outlining this timeline and my overall frustrations and dissatisfaction with their company. I received a phone call response from Kristen where she apologized over and over again + an e-mail response from Brian where I did not perceive much empathy for us in his writing. I actually explained to Kristen that I thought I had been scammed based off how all this was going and the fact that I had paid for half of the project already. The morning of 6/27 finally started the project. The guys that showed up commented that it was pretty ;straight forward an an easy project . Kristen had informed me they were hoping to have everything done in 1 day but slated us for 2 days just in case. The project was not finished until 7/1...it took 5 days... with essentially no communication from the workers, Brian, Kristen, or Joe. When they were rushing to finish 7/1, they asked to leave a lot of materials/equipment behind due to not having their truck with them. They said it would be picked up 7/5 due to the holiday. Once again 7/5 came and went with a large pile of stuff stacked up against my house and no sign of workers to come pick it up. I again had to be the one to reach out to Kristen on 7/7 and ask to have everything picked up. They arrived 7/8 to pick everything up. The fence overall looks ok, however I do feel they rushed to finish on Friday 7/1 and could have probably got a couple sections more flush with the ground. They left some of the old fence posts above ground level (one right at the gate entrance) and I had to ask them to address them before leaving. Overall, I had high hopes for this company. When Brian came to do the initial quote he was super professional compared to others we had come quote us, and I liked that this company was family owned operated. We had a great experience with Everlasting Fences. Kristen, Brian and Joe were all very nice, professional and accommodating. The guys worked fast and the fence looks amazing. We had a small hiccup with the town and when we called the fence company, they helped us out and in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend this company for your next project.
