Beautiful work

So far everything has worked out great. No major delays and we are within budget.

Although my bathroom remodeling project was relatively small, (just a facelift). I was very happy with the qualtity of the work. Mr. Everley, his wife, and employees were efficient, helpful, courteous, and very competent. If I have other projects like this, I would place them first on my list of contacts. VERY satisfied.

Overall good work. Very nice. Only a few minor details not cleaned up. I plan on getting quotes for other jobs.

From beginning to end Everly Construction, its' owner, crew and subs were hard working, quality professionals, . Communication during each phase was excellant. The budget submitted was better than others with the same high quality materials used. The project finished on budget. With the exception of a few days delay due to Florida weather the project was finished on time for each of the elements of the project. The clean up on site was done very well each day and at the end of the project, much to the pleasure of me and the home owners association. Al, his wife Linda and his crew were very pleasant to work with.

They were to drywall two small rooms including ceilings, to take 2 or 3 days at most. They did not get a building permit until I insisted, they took nearly a month to finish, and I had to threaten a failed inspection to get them to come back. One room was done professionally; the other room looked like chimpanzees did it. However, they did eventually fix everything and it ended up looking quite adequate. Overall, the price was high for the quality of work, the timeliness was nonexistent, and I would not hire them to do anything in future. I cancelled two other jobs I had considered having them do, and hired someone else.
