Someone fell on the spigot at the back of my house and broke off the end of the water pipe. I had to shut off water to the entire house. It happened on Saturday, and I needed to repair it quickly. The contractor responded promptly and made an extra effort to fix it the same day. They replaced part of the coper pipe and soldered on a new spigot. They were knowledgeable and very polite. I am satisfied with their work.
