"Jim, I have checked all my records and do not show any records of any activity related to work for you. Can you please go offline and send me the invoice so I can verify the work that you said I did. I make it a policy to only replace 1 10? section for repair. Otherwise we replace the entire fence or pass on the job. I do understand that there are many contractors and some may do substandard work. I just don?t want to have that reputation, I live here. Please contact me or remove the review"
