Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
They were hired to trim some brush and hedges. They did not do the agreed amount of trimming, and they charged me more than the agreed upon price.

I needed some cleaning done last minute, and I normally don’t reach out to cleaning services, but I’m really glad I did this time. Heidi and her daughter came through for me last minute and even rearranged a few appointments to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciated. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and did a thorough job with the cleaning. It made a big difference.
Next time I need another cleaning, I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again. I highly recommend this service.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I signed a service agreement with ENCC on September 8th to do a one time apartment cleaning to include: 1, clean out the things remaining in the apartment, no furniture. 2, clean and wash all surfaces in the entire apartment so that I could come in and paint it afterwards. 3, to clean the appliances in the kitchen. And 4. To wash all interior windows. I paid the required one-half of the total fee as soon as Heidi sent me the invoice on September 23rd, also the last day they showed up to do any cleaning. Two weeks later on October 7th, I contacted her through Angi to cancel the agreement as I assumed after two weeks of no contact, that they had abandoned the job. So one month after hiring them, the only task completed is the removal of the things that remained in the apartment. They have yet to return my key. Not a reliable or trustworthy outfit at all. "At the walkthrough, Mr. Davis stated that he wanted the apartment, which was full of miscellaneous items (boxes of clothes, books, pictures, a full kitchen that had not yet been packed up, toiletries in the bathroom, pictures on the walls, knick-knacks, several built-in shelving and drawer units that all needed to be emptied, etc.), all of which needed to be hauled away. There was no mention of ENCCS removing and packing these items. We were told that we did not need to worry about the shower stall, the upper cabinets in the kitchen, or the kitchen floor. Mr. Davis was given an estimate of the time it may take to complete the project."

"I find this puzzling for several reasons. First and foremost I was told by both you and your husband that I did a fine job, you actually told me that you were going to tell your Realtor and brother what a good job I did. And upon leaving all 3 appointments, that I fit in last minute to my already very busy schedule, I was paid extra as a tip for doing such a good job and told that the price was more than fair. Where I come from you do not usually give compliments and tips when you are dissatisfied with the services you have received. The way I see it, in doing so, if of course, you are not pleased, especially when the business that you are."

My overall experience was great. They were willing and able to take on the task of trash hauling. The only concern I had was a lack of communication from them in regard to a breakdown of a trailer and I was left wondering what happened to them. The situation was rectified and the job completed. I would use them again.
