"Job was completed the product malfunctioning, quality and experience is always there, I guess sometimes people do lose it when it is time to express yourself"
"Hello to all now this would not be the customer at fault this time neither is it my fault, this time will take the fault, I called this customer yesterday to get things straight with her, I work for myself and have no employee by the name of Franciso, I never was hired by this customer because I have practically been too booked to take on any new work, so whoever Franciso is he has nothing to do with me or my company, again I was not hired by this customer and I don't know or have nothing to do with a Francisco."
"Hello to all, now to address this customer as I don't hesitate to do, Yes she started off right with the deposit amount of $8000.00 dollars which we both agreed to, so here is where the issues comes in with this customer, this customer accused me and my workers of going through her purse not to steal anything but to show her that we can steal whatever we wanted whenever we wanted to , not only that for her evidence of us going through the purse she said we left a brand new disposable face mask in there wow, nothing was missing nowhere we left our tools on site which was worth over 3000.00 dollars , anyway we had an agreement on our contract of 27000 all together for this job which was not even half so to let the world know how the numbers were broke down so this customer which is a child of god can show that some people still love the devil, the scope stated for me to carpet two rooms and I agreed on my own as a good smaritan to carpet the whole house which was three bedrooms, a dining, living and familly room and also a back porch which was 5200 which I paid to the carpet company two days prior, I paid for a dumpster $500.00 that never really got used because of her trust issue, the material was $1500.00 dollars and I had to pay my worker $2000.00 for eight days and I paid myself for eight days so you add that up and lets see who's getting over on who, so I got 3900 back for the carpet which if I had not did I would have lost plenty of money, as anybody can see all that money was actually spent as a downpayment for all the things above, and the total that it was on the cost at the end was 7700.00 right around the 8000.00 that we agreed on. Now let me add to this I upgraded all the electrical in the house which I did not charge a dime for, pretty much the whole house, I rodded her sink out in her bathroom that was leaking and stopped for years no charge for this at all, her back yard was flooding while we was working and water started gushing through the foundation so I immediately went outside to see what had happened and stop the water for gushing through the foundation got paid nothing for that, this person trusted me with 8000 for a good reason as anybody who's reading can see, this lady has the nerve to say I owe her half this money back when I lost on this job period , and note we were here to make money not steal it, they say the good guy finish last because of people like this but I finish first every time"
"We live in a world today where you do extra work for people and they give you a bad rating, we helped this man get his antenna hooked up because none of his channels were showing on the tv, while we were hooking up the antenna he told us we were wrong and the antenna did not get hooked up the way we were hooking it up, the whole time we were right and this was not apart of our job and I should have known when he did'nt apologize for being wrong that honesty was not in his heart, I will still do extra with no heart feelings and thanks to this customer for doing business with us"
